Venue at Lighthouse Station, in Barnegat NJ, is indeed, one of the newest active adult communities in Ocean County. Because Venue at Lighthouse Station is located near the Garden State Parkway, it’s in a great place. And, since it’s just miles from the Parkway, Venue at Lighthouse Station is only a short drive to Atlantic City.
There’s a homeowners association, therefore a monthly association fee. The HOA fee covers lawn maintenance and snow removal. As a result, someone else will do this.

While Venue at Lighthouse Station doesn’t have a golf course, there are many courses available in Ocean County.
The Ocean County transit system provides bus transportation throughout Ocean County. One program provides non-emergency medical transportation service to seniors (age 60 and over). A small fee is charged, additionally you’ll need to make advance reservations. Furthermore, Ocean Ride has 12 local bus routes to shopping, other adult communities and more. This is a free program, but many of the riders tip the driver.
