Princeton Commons is a 55+ Active Adult Over 55 Community in Brick, Ocean County. It’s in a great location, because you can walk to Windward Beach. There are concerts in addition to swimming in the Metedeconk River. In addition, marinas are also within walking distance. Brick is close to shopping, boating, dining and The Jersey Shore. Also, your pets are allowed in Princeton Commons.
There’s a homeowners association, therefore a monthly association fee. But when you combine the low HOA fee with Brick’s low taxes, it’s an attractive location for seniors.
Since construction started in 1989, almost 400 homes were built in Princeton Commons. You will need advance reservations, plus, a fee is charged. And Ocean Ride has 12 local bus routes to shopping, other adult communities and more.
