Silver Ridge Park is an Over 55,
Active Adult community in Berkeley, Ocean
County, NJ. There are four communities that
comprise Silver Ridge - Silver Ridge Park East, Silver Ridge Park
West, Silver Ridge Park North and Silver Ridge Park Westerly.
There are over 3,100 homes in the combined Silver Ridge Parks. The
seven different model homes have 2

to over 1500 sq ft. Construction started in 1969 and continued into
the 1990's.
There is a clubhouse with an outdoor pool. The monthly maintenance fee is less than $20.00,
very few services are included for that fee. Pets are
allowed. Silver Ridge Park is located
on Route 37, near the Garden State Parkway and the Jersey Shore.
Purchasers are required to pay a one-time fee to the association of
$300 in Silver Ridge North, and $500 in the other three Silver
Ridges.
